Terms and Conditions
These terms describe use of JIUMAI, operated by HK JIUMI TECHNOLOGY LIMITED. By creating an account, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
Keep account credentials secure and provide an email address you control. You are responsible for the rights and permissions needed to upload, process and publish your content. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, infringement, credential sharing for abuse, or attempts to bypass service limits.
Generated content can contain errors. Review outputs before use; the service does not guarantee exclusivity, factual accuracy, commercial performance or legal clearance. You retain rights you already hold in uploaded materials and authorize processing necessary to provide the service.
Applicable usage units, estimates and charges must be displayed before task confirmation. A reservation reduces available Credits; unused reservations are released. Releasing a reservation is not a cash refund. Demo Credits have no cash value and are not transferable or withdrawable.
We may suspend or terminate access for unlawful use, fraud, infringement, abuse, security threats, non-payment or legal requirements. Where reasonably possible we provide notice, reasons and a review channel; urgent security or legal action may require immediate restriction. Contact hi@jiumai.ai to request review, restoration or access to eligible records. Pending tasks and billing issues will be reconciled; eligible refunds follow the Refund Policy. Disputes are subject to Hong Kong jurisdiction and mandatory consumer protections.
For disputes, first contact hi@jiumai.ai. Dispute jurisdiction is Hong Kong, subject to applicable mandatory consumer rights. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Material changes will be published with an updated date and version. Charges already confirmed are governed by the recorded task quote and applicable policy. Payments remain pending activation; the review cart does not create a payment order or purchase contract.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
We provide our services in accordance with applicable Hong Kong laws and regulations. You must comply with applicable laws and regulations when using JIUMAI.
